About the centre

We don't fix people.
We restore the view.

YASNO is an independent design concept by Julia Art Studio — an imagined psychotherapy practice for adults. Its name comes from the Russian word for "clear": the idea of seeing yourself in clear light.

What we believe

Clarity is not a diagnosis. It is a relationship.

The concept imagines a practice that combines evidence-based methods with attention to what is unique in each story. The practice and its team are illustrative.

Our principles

What stays the same in every room

01

No fixing

We do not repair people. We meet what is happening and look at it together.

02

Evidence first

CBT, schema therapy, EMDR, gestalt — we choose what is shown to work for your request.

03

Supervised always

In this concept, every therapist is imagined in personal therapy and regular supervision — a standard a real practice should hold.

04

Matched, not assigned

You choose the therapist after a brief diagnostic meeting. Fit matters more than availability.

The space

A room that lets you breathe

The concept imagines quiet rooms, natural light and no clinical white — a mood carried into the digital experience through parchment tones and golden light.
